Forgotten K9s Inc. Is NOT A SHELTER! We
manage our rescue efforts through a network of
approved foster homes. We do not receive
county, city, or state funding.
Every year for a variety of reasons, many dogs
find themselves in need of a new home. They are
lost, abused, abandoned, or dumped at shelters.
We also take dogs and horses from owners who
must give them up for various reasons. We also
take dogs from commercial breeding facilities.
We will take in any breed including large breed
dogs regardless of age and health when funding
and foster room allows. Unfortunately, we are
limited on funds and foster homes. Due to these
limitations, we are forced to limit the number of fur
kids we help.
We also offer spay / neuter assistance and
funding to low income and other individuals who
are not educated in animal welfare, and prevention
of neglect.
